Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix all ingridients very well with a egg beater and let rest it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Peel the mango and puree it in a blender to a cream.
  3. After 30 minutes your chia pudding is ready to serve: fill into glasses/bowls and add mango cream. Top with strawberries and fresh mint.
  4. Yum yum!
