- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoon bakingpowder
- 1 1/2 cup soy milk
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon maple sirup
- 1 pinch Salz
- oil for frying
- banana, berries, maple sirup, ..., as topping

Instructions
- Mix well all ingredients in a blender and let rest for a couple of minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry your pancakes.
- Enjoy with maple sirup and/or fruits.
- Yummy!
