    Ingredients
    
                - 500 g whole grain flour
 - 4 tablespoon flax seeds
 - 4 tablespoon sunflower seeds
 - 2 tablespoon chia seeds
 - 1-2 tablespoon walnuts
 - 2 teaspoon Salz
 - 1 package dried yeast
 - 1 tablespoon honey or 1/2 tablespoon sugar
 - 1/2 l lukewarm water

    Instructions
    
                - Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
 - Dissolve honey in the lukewarm water.
 - Add the honeywater to the flour mix while stiring. You'll get a tough dough.
 - Option 1: Put the dough in a loaf pan and let rest for 20 - 30 minutes in a warm location. Then place it into the cold oven and bake for 60 - 90 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
 - Option 2: Put the dough in a loaf pan and let rest for 40 - 50 minutes in a warm location. Then place it into the preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
 - The bread is ready when it is crispy brown and when you it'll sound hollow when knocking on it. Tilt out of the pan and let it cool on a wire rack.
